The resumption of Egypt Air flights to Al-Kharga OASIS airport after stopping for years 

Sunday 16 Jan witnessed the first flight CAI/KHARGA  ( KHARGA is an important Oasis in  in the New Valley Governorate) this is the  first acheduled  flight from Cairo Airport, after a stop  that lasted for years. 

Egyptair announced  that it was decided to operate the direct line between Cairo and Al Kharga airports one flight on Sunday every week .

As per the following schedule till end of March 2022 

MS 198 Y   CAIUVL   0800 0900 

MS 199 Y   UVLCAI   1200 1300

It is scheduled to increase the weekly trips to Al Kharga with the increasing demand for travel to the new valley .
